urm, well, maybe you should just talk to her, ask why she is saying, or doing particular things which are irritating people, maybe she is upset, or wants some attention or something, be there for her, maybe she needs you...

Every true friendship should be as such where one can tell the other the direct straight truth without it affecting the relationship negatively. And based on your question I am assuming that you do not have that kind of relationship with your friend. So the next time your friend is doing something irritating, tell her, "Hey, Sally- Take it easy. You are starting to get on everyone's nerves." and of course Sally is going to ask, "What am I doing?" and thats when you explain it to her. But if she says, "What?! I am not getting on anyone's nerves! I think you just have a personal problem with me." Then you can tell her, "I have nothing to gain by telling you this other than being a better friend. If I didn't say anything I would only be adding unnecessary stress to our friendship."

Depends on how well you know her. If she isn't an overly-sensitive person, just get with her privately and tell her. I mean be nice, but tell her that what she is doing is irritating a lot of people and she needs to stop. Let her know that you are her friend and you are telling her because you don't want her to get hurt later on.

If its a certain behavior tell her to stop. If she's just being irritating in general tell her about it. And tell her what she can change too

Aha. I too Went through this one.
Just Dont Tell Her When Everyone is around. Tell her in an emial for instance send it and politely tell her her problem. if she gets mad then she obviously needs to have a good talking to by someone who is a big influence in her life

u dun haf to tell anything. Simply ignore her and tell that to the rest of people who she used to irratate. Some gerls are so CENTRE OF ATTRACTION.
