I just can't seem to get really wet down there, even if I'm turned on to the max. What can I do to get more wet? I mean naturally, not by taking special vitamins or drugs.

I know about lube and stuff like that. Oral and mastrubating are no problem. But my partner feels like he is doing something wrong because he can't get me really wet. But it's my fault that I can't.
I do not have any healthy problems either.

Many women have this problem. My wife has trouble getting "wet" and the solution we have found, besides lots of oral sex, is KY warming liquid. This stuff is the shizznit. It's very similar to the real thing and is slippery as hell. Try it...you'll like it.

Use lube and/or try more oral sex. Both of those have helped me.

Also, if you're on birth control, check to see whether you're on something that's progesterone-only (i.e. Depo-Provera, progesterone-only pills) because I had that problem when I was on Depo-Provera. I'm on a combination estrogen-progesterone pill now and have had success with getting much wetter.

Do you have some type of underlying health problem that you have not spoken of or possibly are unaware of. If you are seriously turned on and are still unable to self-lubricate to your satisfaction I would recommend seeing a gynecologist and having your hormone levels tested. Eat some yams, they are full of estrogen which helps with wetness.

if u have real orgasms... then maybe you don't have a problem just need more stimulation. If you have orgasms and u have NO wetness I would see an ob/gyn. Women have varying degrees of wetness. No moisture at all may be a medical problem.

More oral sex and masturbating while he's watching might help, otherwise you may need to see a doctor and or just use Ky jelly as a lubricant.

I'm a nurse. There isn't anything yu can do naturally if you are not producing it on your own. Try the lubricants, they work just as good.

you mean when you're with your significant other? well, it might be nerves. In order to share your body with someone else, you have to KNOW your own body. and the best way to do this would be to experiment...find out what you like...in a simple word, masturbate!

there are so many other factors that can affect our sexual desires and how we respond to them. i found this article on depression (i'm not saying you're depressed...but you might find it helpful).
