I'm from canada and i have a friend that lives there.We meet about fifteen years ago in toronto.I would like to travel there some day.Also in iran is it o.k. for a western man to travel there with his girlfriend,We are not married but have been together a long time.

actually i am not living there but i know that many of forigner consulates are in this city.
in 1 years ago some suburb were unsafe but already by effort of militarist persons ther is a safe place.
and about your girlfriend i think you cant stay with her in the same room in hoteland you have to sleep separately or you have a document which show that you are her husband
of course i am not sure
i suggest you very beautiful cities like shiraz and isfahan and yazd

I haven't really stayed in Tarlac City, just passed by the province enroute to the north. If ever you encounter problems in Tarlac, email the Office of the President. He hails from that province.
