i presume you want to convert fat32 to ntfs as this is the only other file system in windows
to convert fat32 to ntfs type convert drive letter /fs:ntfs
for example typing convert c /fs:ntfs would convert c drive from fat32 to ntfs
you need to type this is the command prompt window,to get to this go to run and type cmd
be warned...once you have converted to ntfs from fat32 you cannot convert back, you will need to format your drive and use a partitoning tool such as fdisk to delete the non dos partition and then make the drive active again,
however your p.c will run much better under ntfs as its much more stable than fat32 and has less errors
good luck
