can i go 4 a job when i'm only 16 without parents knowledge?

i'm from chennai.i'm not allowed 2 do anything of my choice,i'm always kept under control, i mean i don have enough freedom like my friends. my parents r so strict. my friends say that i should fight 4 my rights. i have lots of plans 4 myself. i wanna go abroad 4 higher studies but i don have money. my father doesnt let me stand even on my terrace cuz he thinks boys will see me. theres noway he'll let me do anything in life. i always pay my school fee with the fine as i'm always late. my father is not much interested in my education. i feel ashamed in front of my friend.even though they know my problems but still there are sometimes when they think i'm lower than them.1 of my friend said that i can publish my poems,articles, etc in any good magazine & get paid 4 it but i don know how 2 contact such people. what do u think i should do?

When you are only 16; jobs are limited. So its not like your parents can dictate that to you.

If you get a job; they're going to wonder where you are (when you're at work) and you'll have to tell them eventually.

I would just tell them.

Wow, you need to get out from under your parents, or get your parents to agree to let you do your own thing. Probably the best way to make money is to be inventive and sell things online. There are online publishers that will take your writings and make the books for you. They can also store them as well, and print them when necessary - even just one at a time.
