Its really hard to find punk and "emo" stores that are cheap. Usually because its hard to find stuff, everything is so expensive.
Your best bet would be going to stores like Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe and just look for things.
They often carry punk inspired clothes (skulls, pinstripes) and accessories.
Lots of big stores do now too.
Just go and pick your way through.
Also go onto ebay. You'll find looooads of auctions with alternative clothing.
