Maybe there's a problem with your mp3. What kind of mp3 is it anyway? There's no way anyone can help you if you're not more specific.

What is the MP3 player? If it is not an iPod, then iTunes will not work, if not, then open up Windows Media player, upload your CDs to your computer, making sure that in the settings you are copying to MP3. Once finnished, find the files on your computer and just drag and drop them onto the MP3 drive that is connected to your computer.

ok first find the song and then click the right botoon on the mouse and then press save target as or save this link..... and then it will ask you to where to save then make a folder name your music and then save the songs in to that music folder then put you mp3 in the computer and copy the song that you save it to your music and paste into the mp3 folder then take the mp3 out of the computer and the songs is in your mp3

What kind of MPS player is it? Do you already have music on your computer?
If so right plug in your MP3 player right click on the music file and send to..... where the MP3 player is located I found this works for me.
Alot of MP3 players sync with Media Player.

See if that works for you!

Well, I don't think iTunes works with an MP3 Player, besides iPod. I have an MP3 Player and I use Wal*Mart.

Go to www.walmart.com and go to the Music Section. That works for me.

Read the instructions and make sure you have everything downloaded and plugged in right. And that your music is saved in the appropriate format.

Well! I think the problem is that you probley don't have lime wire! And maybe your cord to download the music doesn't fit in your computer!
