if u leave spouse number 1 in 95 and get married to spouse number 2 in 95 but ur divorce from spouse number 1 wasnt final til 96

Nope. Your 2nd marriage is not legal so therefore, if you are planning a divorce, you don't need to get one because you were never legally married, but they CAN sue you for being a bigamist.

No. You're a bigamist. Your divorce must be final before you marry again (unless you're one of the radical Mormons in Utah).
