N.I.B., what does the title stand for? I've heard everything from something satanic to the shape of Bill Ward's head....?

It's actually ''Nibbie''.
At that time Band members used make fun out of Bill Ward's
''Beard'' style, which looked like a point of a Pen nib!!
They used to call him Nibbie.
And that's why the song's entitled N.I.B, 'cause it's main idea was by Bill...

Anyway the song's about Satan falling in love with a human female (or male! who knows!).

Later this subject was used by Metallica in their song
Unforgiven II.
