I can't imagine there is a better store for teens or young women than Forever 21. The fashions are totally up to the minute and the selection is unbelievable. Prices are great and even though quality may not be top of the line, it is still pretty good. Most teens don't wear their clothes for more than one season anyway.
If you want even cheaper, you might try Factory 2U...very inexpensive.

If you know what you want...ebay is a good place. I have gone shopping in the mall...then look at ebay and find the same thing, only cheeper!
2nd hand places are good. But you have to go through alot of junk to find a prize!
If you see something you want, wait a month, and go back and most likey it will be on sale. Joy!
Alwasy look in the back of stores CLEARANCE RACK!!!

I shop at Wal Mart and I am not ashamed. Kohls is also a good clothing store for cheap clothes if you shop on the clearance rack.

I would try stores like Macy's, Kohls, Filenes and Marshalls. They all have pretty good selections with low prices and sales all the time
