ive completed everything in that WHOLE game. once u beat the final boss the credits roll through then u end up back at the main menu and need to the your saved game or start a new one. go to www.gamefaqs.com if u want more info if u see to many DIFFERENT answers to your question. that site will back my answer up.

there isnt any after game stuff in final fantasy x. but u can get the sequel to it which is final fantasy x-2. x2 is pretty good and its prob not as girly as u would think. and its replayable cuz it has a new game + mode which carries over your money and skills and items

nope just like ne normal ff game after u beat it thats it unless u save it before u go and beat the crap outta sin then get evry thing in the game but that doesn't change ne thing after the game u just play longer

there is loads of stuff to do once youve completed it.
get magna sisters aeon
get anima aeon
get yojimbo aeon
kill all dark aeons
do the cactus puzzle
get all the celestial weapons
and more stuff
it will take longer to do all the extras than what it took to complete the story, you should buy the guide for it.
