Should I wear a bikini?

I have a scar just below my belly button that is about 6 inches long from surgery. I'm skinny so weight is not an issue. I wouldn't wear a bikini because I don't think people would find it appealing. Would you find it unappealing if someone was wearing a bikini and had a big scar across their stomach?

Theres a girl in my school who had a heart transplant and has like a 2 inch scar almost all the way down her chest but she wears low cut shirts everyday. Why hide it? She went through a big ordeal and managed to survive it, and she was only 13! Just wear the bikini and be glad to be alive. Anyone who stares at it is a fool.

are you trying to impress someone? or do you feel comfortable in a bikini yourself. i am sure this scar is not visible to someone standing more than 6 feet away from you. and if you tan in the sun the scar will fade in time.or get a tattoo for that something cute and sexy. the only ones who should stay away from the bikini is the one who has the extra stuff to fling over the sides of the panties and just not appealing at all. don't let a scar scare you..there alot you can do with that.

its ok to have a scar, and if someone can't handle that, its their problem. You should be free to wear what you want, and its ok to show your scar. And i say the same, there are some people who look worse in a bikini.
