I'm trying think of of who sings it and whats the name of the song. I think it came out like in 1995-1997...they sing...The wrong people are breeding and getting a tounge piercing and it didn't hurt. Come on help me out!

maybe this one? This artist has a similar song called Flag Pole Sitta but it doesnt reference the piercing.
