Are you asking about a accommodation for a disability or for instate tuition? All schools by federal law must make accommodation for any documented disability. In state...I know that there is a western schools agreement on instate, but I don't think Kansans and CA are in the same area.

If u are going to AState..u can handle anything.. That traffic and campus both really suck.. how did u like them raising tuition and taking out 20 parking spaces to put in the new fountain.. (I live in Jonesboro). Most community colleges don't have housing..u will probably need ur own place.

Accomodation for what?

All schools are required to provide accomodations for people with disabilities. You should speak to the collge's director of diability services/disability resources for more information on what the school offers.
