I saw it on a forum and people were discussing it. I took a long look at it but im still scratching my head. It's really bothering me, not finding out what that meant.

Don't worry La-Liona, I was reading the forum, and it actually took the nerds quite a while to figure it out themselves. Afterwards, they were like "dang, the baffled me for a few seconds." I, on the otherhand, can't come up with an answer, guess im not a nerd.

Got me. Perhaps it means "I hate you" or I hate ??? That was the first thing that popped into my head just looking at it. Sorry!

Oh now this is bugging me. I hate to ask you one question?

Lets write it out:
I hate less or more zero (don't know what to call the line there) two exclamation one

Sorta like a math problem but yet who knows. Maybe this is telling me I am becoming old because I can't really tell.
