How is a European ( or American) citizen considered by them?

I answered this questiom last nite.
My american husband works and I live here. Can't think about any better place. The UAE is very liberal to other culturers and religions. You will not face any discriminations at all. The main thing is, that you have a good work package and don't have to worry about any financialy problems. The rents are very high. If you work here, well it's just work. If you just live here, it's like being on vacation all year.
Be sure, you will not face any problems with any UAE National as long as you respect them and their rules. They are more tolerant against Westeners as opposite.

We are living in Dubai at the moment, I think it is the best thing that happened to me, I'm enjoying every minute, everything is available here, lots to do and great night life.
people come from everywhere around the world. and everybody is treated the same.
It is the best place to live, enjoy it, but take care it is tooo expensive.

yeah it is pleasant and expensive indeed. but that won't be a problem if you'll have a good job package, simply because you can afford to live there.
and as long as you adhere to their rules specially when you need to, & be careful. that will be fine

its a multiculteral country and locals are very nice to ppl frm all nationality...uae is an amazing country that welcomes all races and all lifestyles

i stay in dubai and believe me its a beutiful place to stay.
good people-nice administration and lovely places to visit.
pack ur bags and catch the first flight.

you may project more effective about staying contained in the U. S.. there's a techniques more effective violent crime on your u . s .. it would want to marvel you in searching that the locals are extremely pleasant to foreigners.
