Most places like technical colleges offer the program but they cover Barber/Cosmetology not one or the other that I am aware of! It is now a combined license at least in my state! Its a 2 1/2 year apprentiship program! Whichever you go with you will have to take a state board exam... lol have fun with that... makes for a long day! Good luck men are much better tippers than females... In my experience!
