Yes, I think it just depends on the moment if I watched or not. I have been to 3rd world countries though so its not as shocking to me I think versus the average individual....
The one time here in America that stood out the most was when I was studying in a coffee shop and one of the busboys had put down his full tray of dirty plates and in a flash a homeless man had downed 3 coffees and grabbed some pastries before they chased him out!

Actually I did in Atlanta once...I was helping someon move and offered him a sandwich that had not even been opened and he was very offended by it..so when he walked off I left in the trash whwere he was hoping he would come back for it.

Yes I live in NY......it happens, along with the homeless talking to coffee cups (no joke i actually saw that), asking for change, I saw one once praticing Karate infront of an arcade game. even ran into one in the dead heat of summer with shorts, dress socks, sandals, ski coat and ski hat.........they are just kinda.......there. you don't stare, point, or look away. its just part of life.

yea i watch in disbelief. i once saw someone eat a moldy tomato and mayo sandwhich covered in sh!t. it was disgusting so i gave them $15 and told them to get a nice meal at McDonalds
