Is it okay if I take prenatal vitamins as opposed to regular vitamins? I'm not trying to get pregnant or anything. My mom said I should take prenatal vitamins because they work much better than regular vitamins I take. Is this true?

Absolutely. They are usually better and contain more of what a woman of childbearing age should take (folic acid, iron, etc.) than regular multi-vitamins.
