Start of by watching one of those baby delivering shows but if that's to gross or you just don't have time tense up, scream you lungs, sweat like crazy, and yell at the father "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!"

Study some videos of women in labor.

First of all, even if everyone labored the same there's no accurate way to describe how to replicate it or act it out. I could say "moan, yell, and grimace" but that's going to mean 100 things to 100 different people. In addition, women do not labor the same: some yell and scream, some get very quiet and display their effort and pain in more subtle ways. You're going to have to decide how you want to play it -- or rather, how the particular character would labor.

Researching this is pretty easy. Go to a Lamaze class and watch one of their birthing videos. You can find out about these birthing classes through your local hospital.. just go to the area where the new babies are born and ask for information on child birth classes.

Then .. just duplicate what you see.

Good luck and I hope this helps!
