Does anybody know the actual name of the song, I have just seen how many songs she has made!

It might be "Get me Bodied" by Beyoncé. Use iTunes to listen to a sample of it, and see if it sounds like what you heard.
Or it might be Gloria Estafan. Again, use iTunes to check it out.
EDIT: I think it may be "Turn the Beat Around" by Estafan. Again, check iTunes.

You may be thinking of the song "Move Your Feet" from the Junior Senior album "D-D-Don't Don't Stop The Beat". I recall hearing those lyrics being sung. The source is the music video for this song.
