OF COURSE
he's their best big man, and 2nd best player
the leading rebounder on the team and a big time facilitator
he's a huge part of the team and they were doing a lot better with him and are still doing good but not as good without him
there is no doubt in my mind that if hadn't missed any games the lakers would have won 4 or 5 more games during that stretch

yes but it isn't such a big loss. Lakers are much better off without him. With Odom on the floor they have more turnovers per game. A poorer fg%. ft% is worse, rebounding maintained the same because other players stepped up, Kobe and Walton. Odom's defense hasn't improved at all. What makes his defense look better is the intimidation factor Drew brings to the court. Don't get me wrong Odom's an outstanding player he just doesn't understand the triangle offense. Its like he has A D D.

Are you dumb? The Lakers doesn't have made the finals without Odom. With him, the Lakers carry a scorer off the bench and Odom is so versatile he creates matchup issues. Bynum is a funny tale. The Lakers suitable lineup has Odom at PF. even as Bynum were given injured, who stepped up? Odom. even as Bynum sucked, who stepped up? Odom. can no longer help it if he needs some money, Kobe needs an identical. If Odom doesn't renounce with the Lakers, IDK what Kobe's gonna do if Odom leaves, cuz if Lamar leaves, Lakers haven't any danger at triumphing a championship. playstation , Shaq left because of Kobe. Kobe went to administration and stated, it truly is both me or Shaq, and they of direction took Kobe, which i wager become the sensible determination, contained sooner or later.

of course, lamar Joseph Odom (born November 6, 1979 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York) is an American basketball player who currently plays small forward (both of the forward spots, also plays the offense "initiator" who brings the ball forward) for the National Basketball Association's Los Angeles Lakers.
In 1997, Odom was the #1 ranked High School All-American in the United States, and had earned a good reputation among basketball scouts for his excellent ball-handling and passing ability despite his size (6 ft 10 in (208 cm)).

Yeah, they sure do, he is a great player, but this might give some other guys a chance to show their stuff and get valuable minutes as the stretch run approaches.

You think? I couldn't imagine anyone missing a guy that is capable of getting a triple double each night. Stupid question.
