I have been hearing that alot of people don't like the girl that plays Hermonie because they think that she is anti american or a snob whatever that means but I want to know if the opinions are true with other people. Lets set the record straight!!!!!!

I think she is perfect at playing Hermione. The character of Hermione can be a little snobby at times and Emma Watson does a great job portraying that, but I don't think that means Emma herself is a snob. As others have said, only the people that actually know her can say if she is or isn't a snob, the rest of us just have to guess. But I haven't ever heard that she is a snob or anti-american. In all the interviews I've seen her in she seems nice and sweet. I think some people probably see her playing a snobby know-it-all and think that she must be the same way, but people shouldn't think that way. Remember, she's just an actress - and a good one at that.

Hey there! Greetings from Argentina, I think Emma is a very pretty girl and we must wait because once she reaches 20 or a bit more she is gonna be such a hottie woman...Let´s not forget fame appeared to her in a very early age..but all the times I saw her in interviews (on tv or newspapers/magazines) she seems to be very simple...not snob , naive at all.

I don't know what she's like in real life because I haven't met her. I do think she is absolutely adorable though, especially in the first movie. I would hope she isn't anti-American. For one, a large portion of her fans are from America, which means she would be alienating a big source of support. She may also cause a backlash against future H.P. movies (not likely, though).

That us so wrong. Emma Watson is very sweet. She has just gotten a little atitudanal, like all actors due after starring in the same film. Because it is hard for kids her age to do 2 films at a time, so just doin one can be frustrating. okay

To be honest I dont like her, but I cannot say that she is a snob unless I meet her. But I definitely do not like her presence in the Harry Potter films or anywhere else for that matter, I dont know exactly why but one reason is she does look the type to look down her nose at you.
