Of course not. There are crematoria all over the country. Besides burying and burning, there are cultures that left the dead on platforms to be eaten by carrion birds, so that their souls would ascend heavenward.

No , not all humans bury their dead.
Cremation is certainly another way.
In some cultures , it is taboo to cremate , as they beleive that the soul will have no place to go to if there is no burial place.
Personally , I would like to spare my loved ones from having a constant reminder in the form of a grave and I choose to be cremated and rather leave them with great memories to cherish instead.
My belief is that the soul never dies .

No. Many cultures don't, for example, Hindus in India, where cremation is the preferred method for disposal of the dead. Burial is a western tradition and is rooted in Jewish history and culture. Different cultures think differently about the body and its importance and based on this (and other values) encourage particular forms of disposal.

no some cultures only burn bodies on pyres.
others burn the dead then drink the ashes with water.
not sure if mummification is still common.
the very rich have themselves frozen in the hope of future reserection
the less rich have only their head and spine frozen, hope is that goning to work.

no..some burn them, some like Vikings sent them out into the water, some Native Americans and others leave the bodies out in the open to be returned to nature
