At what age can I expect (or is it normal) to grow gray body hair? I am trying not to stress over this, but I'm only 37!!!

After the hair on your head is turning gray you will no doubt begin to find gray pubic hairs as well. Relax, if you're old enough for this to happen there isn't much point in wasting sleep over something as silly as that.

dont worry about it the reason why you can get gray body hair is for the same reason you get gray hair on your head, by stress, lack of protein, and age. im only 19 and i found 3 gray hairs on my legs! so dont worry it is normal just relax and eat some more veggies and fruit

I am 16 and my eyebrows are gray at the roots. Very odd, and I hope they don't stay that way as they grow out!

I've had gray body hair since I was 18. It depends on genetics.
