What is that supposed to mean? Republicans are the ones who want to stay and rebuild in Iraq.... If we didn't care about the people, we would have just wiped out Iraq and Iran and said to hell with the people... instead, we've spent years, money, and many American lives searching for the "needles in the haystack"
