I think it would be really easy to say how you would give birth but when the time comes things don't always go as planned. I have never had children and I am too old to now but if I were to give birth I would want to do it as natural as possible not because I am some toughy but because I worry about the drugs affecting the baby. Giving birth is difficult and it is different for every woman who has done it. It is the toughest thing a body can go through yet women do it everyday and it amazes me.

After you dialate to 10 cm you wait for a contraction, hold your breath and push with all your might.. like your having a bowel movement... then eventually the baby pops out
