The book talks about the whole kit and kaboodle - the last web site is actually on construction and competition with catapults.
Note that the trebuchet is much more powerful than a catapult and much easier to construct. Many people get the two confused... a catapult is based on tension, the trebuchet is a simple lever with a heavy weight on the short end...
