Within my MS Access DB, I am using a macro which uses the "sendobject" command. My problem is the number of people I am trying to e-mail in more the 255 charictors long. I get a "Text is too long to be edited error" is there a way around this?? PLEASE HELP!!!!

convert the macro to VBA (Visual BASIC for Applications), and you should be able to modify it there. Visual BASIC for Applications is the underlying language that Macros are translated into before they're run.

I was going to suggest you program a loop, but just noticed you said macro :(

Are you using MS Outlook? Can you build a Contacts group and add all the addresses to that group, then just use that group name in the address To: field instead?

**Its actually called a Distibution List in Outlook. Its under File... New... Distribution List**
