i cant believe all the hammers phoning talksport today saying Beckham should join them. I mean,, all the sick abuse and comments that lot used to shout to beckham not about football but about his baby son and wife (whatever you think about her) and now they want him!!! one guy even said that Becks should join west ham because as a boy that was his club!! what a stupid pr1ck that geeza was.. Dont get me wrong, i'm all for banter at the match but when you start shouting abuse about babies and wives then you are quite simply ....sick fvks... do you agree?

to Michael P..... not as bad,, it was mainly an England thing and i think its fair to say that the Hammers as a group of fans, are the biggest set of England supporters and at the time it was them that were more volitile and vocal towards becks and his family

Larsson,,, i know where your coming from, but you were singing Cantona when he wore the shirt, not before, if you know what i mean. I also agree w/h are passionate and in my opinion (and its only my opinion) i think the hammers are the biggest club down the smoke

He's right mate. Beckham could have gone to West Ham as a kid. He has an affinity for the club and the area where he was bought up.

West Ham are in the market for players. But, one plus one does not always equal two, does it mate?

The club and the vast majority of the fans wouldn't want him at the club, so no double standards there.

Were alot of the calls from youngsters, who would not have been around at the time?

I have stood and abused a certain Frenchman who played for Leeds, and now he is Le god. I vowed not to ever sing oh ah Eric Cantona, but i did.
becks is no different, fans are fickle when it suits them. to answer your question west ham fans are passionate remember Paul Inces xr3i burnt outside Upton Park, if he adorns the claret and blue the said fans will be the first to admit they slagged him off, but now its different.

He's never supported West Ham, he was saying at school that he used to get a lot of stick for following Man u. But in general supporters are two faced, I'm a gooner and have probably insulted Cambell, and then he came to us. Look t man u their supporters who used to jeer Rooney when he played for Evertonand probably Ronaldo in the Wc when he played against England, but are glad they're both playing for them.

There were clubs up and down the country giving Beckham stick, not just West Ham

If this is true then they're scum. They should keep their opinions to themselves until they're talking in groups in the pub or at home.
His family have nothing to do with football and they should only really slag him off for what he does on the pitch. I don't have anything wrong with Victoria however, she was 1 of 2 Spice Girls that I fancied and I think she is 1 of only 2 or the Spice Girls who can actually sing. Unlike other jealous women and idiotic men who think she can't.
