how do u start arranging the music in the song and wat programs do u use in this process?

It all starts with the rhythm. First choose a tempo (beat speed) which will dictate a lot about the nature of the song, and then choose what sounds will dictate the beat. I use 2 Korg electribes (one has a sampler) and an Alesis drum machine. Once you have a rhythm track you can start on melody and lyrics since these will fit within the rhythm. Good luck.

I arrange music the old fashion way. I get out my guitar and work on the song until it's the way I like it.

well I write some lyrics down, then I find my chords, and then I get my band to add music, special effects, or changes. You would have to know the style of music you want before you start to write the song.
