When i read this question right away i thought of that movie "40 days and 40 nights" when Josh Harnett meets that other chick at that laundrymat...so yeah even though that's just a movie it would be weirdly convenient to meet someone while simply doing one of your personal chores so what the hell go for it, you never know.

Shortly after I met my wife, I kept one of my mx bikes in her living room(yes, she is awesome)-and the other in a storage. I raced both a modern and vintage mx bike. One day I was putting my vintage KTM back in storage-and a woman was gettin stuff out of her storage-needed some help so I helped her.
Next month or so I am putting the bike back after a race and she starts chatting me up. I was polite(and confused)-and only after leaving realized she was trying to pick me up at a storage facility. That had never happened before-and of course didn't work.
Whoever said, be yourself, do not expect it, and really focus on other things-is right. That is when I met my wife(no not at a storage facility). LOL

Yes contrary to beliefs I think you can just because a guy is going there doesn't mean he cant afford a washer or dryer . For some it is ease of doing alot of laundry fast .I unfortunately go because my washer is broke and I'm in the middle of remodeling and dont want to get new until the house is done .

Better than a bar.
And at least you know he CAN do laundry.
Then again, there's always the produce aisle. (good place to check out the melons)
A lot of times a laundromat is less expensive than the apartment complex. And they have large capacity machines - do it in one load instead of 3.

I think so. Most men, or women for that matter, that frequent a laundrymat are probably single.

You MIGHT get lucky and happen to find a single guy there...BUT, the question then becomes:
If he's washing clothes in a landromat, I wonder if he's living in a low-rent apartment complex without washing machines? = He probably can't afford to take me out on a date.
The ONLY exception would be if he were washing large objects, like comforters or large blankets and using the extra-large washing machines!

No, not at all! Men who go there are (surprise surpris) usually helping thier wives or are not in a flirtatious modd...i mean, they are washing clothes. The best place to meet single guys are at your job. Like an office. You know walking in for something, and falling in love somewhere ya know>

There's NO good place to meet men if you're looking for one. Not for the average woman, that is.
The best place to meet them is WHEN, not WHERE. WHEN you're not looking, WHEN you're not expecting, WHEN you're quite content with yourself.
That's WHERE they are.
