Yes! If pursued methodically and scientifically, procrastination can be raised to the status of a fine art. I have practiced it myself. But I waited years to start.... :)

Yes, read the book "The Importance of Living" by Lin Yutang. He was the first to come up with the concept of "leaving things undone"
