In your opinion, what is the ideal age? I'm a 29 year old male, and I feel I'm at my peak physically, but mentally and in other ways haven't reached it yet. What do you think is the best age overall for males and females? Older and wiser or younger and fitter?

I'm 27 and I feel it gets better every year. I think 30-35 is a great age for women, I'm looking forward! For men probably 35-40.

My best age was 23. I looked great, felt great, hell I was the BOMB! Five years have now passed and I fell like sh!% No, seriously, it's just not the same. I still look very young and I am very fit, I just don't feel as youthful on the inside as I did back then. But I can appreciate the wisdom that comes with age. I always say, "if I knew back then what I know now. . . ."
Anyway, back to the question. I think the best age for women is around the mid 20's. I think the best age for men is early 30's. I think this is the age that males and females are still quite young, but are also mature.

All stages of life are good. The point at which one matures physically, mentally, emotionally and spirituality is individualistic. I thought that being a kid was great, then when I was a new adult I thought that was the best, I realized that whatever stage you are in is always the best. The reason I believe this is that life gets better and better. We are as happy as we make our minds up to be. I have a personal walk with Christ. Each maturity stage gets better and better because we see life through the Fathers eyes.

I'd say 40 is the best age. You are much wiser, still young and vital. You can have relationships without all the drama attached. It was the best time of my life.

I liked ages 21-26; those were all good years. I'm 28 now and feeling old. I would prefer to stay 25 forever!!!

I think 30 for women and probably 25 for men. I had a blast at 30, I was young enough to do anything and old enough to know when to much was to much.

I think physically, for me it was 25. but in a lot of other ways, better the older I get.
