Just tell her the truth. Let her know that you are straight and you are not into that kind of a relationship. Let her know that you still want to be her friend and you have no problem with her being gay.
Be open and honest about it and it should not be a problem.

I don't know how you found out but one way to try to 'get out of it' would be to mention some woman, maybe a celebrity, is totally hot but you would NEVER 'go that way'. You can say something like, 'not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just something I could NEVER do' Be lighthearted as you're saying it and don't make it a big deal or elaborate too much. Girls are always saying, 'If I were gay I'd totally sleep with Angelina Jolie, but I'm SOOOO not even bisexual. If it came down to it I could never do it." Then move on to another topic. Hopefully she'll get it.

Get rid of her...cut her off completely. I think that's repulsive of her to pressure you into having a relationship w/ her...that's if she's pressuring you. You can always get another friend somewhere else. To be cruel is to be kind.
