It depends on the time signature. The top number tells you the number of beats, and the bottom number tells you the type of note that gets the beat. So 3/8 time is 3 beats per measure (bar) with the 8th note getting the beat. If the time signature is a capital C that's common time, which is 4 quarter notes per bar. A capital C with a line through it is 2 quarter notes per bar.

I hope you made your point!

It depends on the time signature of the music. 2/4 would have 2, 3/4 would have 3, 4/4 would have 4, 5/4 would have 5, and so on.

There are also songs with multiple time signatures where one bar is played in say, 6/8 ( 6 beats per measure and the eighth note gets one beat, followed by a measure of 12/4 as in the song, "Fruemasara" from " Fiddler on the Roof".

It depends on the song, if it's written in 4/4 time, then 4. If it's written in 3/4 time then 3. The most common are 3 and 4 but there are others as well.

It depends on the numerical value of each bar.

A bar of 4/4 has four beats

A bar of 6/8 has 6 beats but they are doubled up

A bar of 2/4 has 2 beats

Etc...

It depends on the time signature, so your question is unanswerable in it's present state.
