If you are talking about predatory dinosaurs, there are a few listed under the following link, including the Spinosaurus and two other unofficial animals. Hope that helps!

The T-Rex has a larger head than the Gigantasaurus, but the Gigantasaurus is the larger of the two.

Large specimins of the fully grown Giganotosaurus are estimated to be 45 ft long, 16-18. ft tall, and weigh around 5 tons.

T-Rex comes in a little smaller at 40 ft long, and 14-16 ft tall when fully-grown.

The Paralititan Stromeri is the largest by far however. 120-150 feet long 45-55 feet tall and weighing as much as 80 tons.

On a side note I would personally LOVE to see any one of those things eat at my local Chinese buffet.

Argentinasaurus is estimated to have been 115 feet long and weighed 80 to 100 tons. Giganotosaurus was only 45 feet and 5 tons.

How about the...."Supersaurus"? The largest bones for a species found yet, I believe.
