I don't think this will really help, but this is what I know. There are two classical type pieces used at times, so I'm not sure which one you are looking for. The one is a choral work with quite an upbeat tempo and percussion. The other is also choral, but slower. The slow(er) one features the phrase Kyrie Eleison, which is part of a Mass.

The problem is, numerous composers have composed masses which feature a setting of Kyrie Eleision. So it could be Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Rutter, Schubert, Verdi, Charpentier etc.

It's just generic royalty free library music that Sky buy in so they don't have to pay royalties to the artists
