i have a motorola v557 camera phone and it's the kind where you have to have monthly bill on. i got it from a yard sale and wanted to know if i can make it into a prepaid and it also says unregistered sim card. if i can make it into prepaid, how do i go about doing that? and it's a cingular phone too.
