The world pretty much just hates all Americans. Largely for the fact that we are allowed to have republicans, democrats, and independents, can choose to be conservative or liberal...many don't have that right. It's a privilege we should all be thankful for. At least we're allowed to complain, eh!

Americans in general.
the world doesn't look at America as dems or republicans.
and to think the parties are different means you are blind. they are both ran by the same group, the same master, with the same agenda.
think about it.....why is Clinton hanging out with bush Sr? and why is Bush Jr saying its his dads new best friend?
that sliver alone shows they are on the same team....the whole party story is just that...a story to keep people busy and divided so they cannot see the real path or reasons for their actions.
look past the smoke screen.

When people from other countries hate Americans, they don't care whether we are democrat or republican. We can all be held culpable because we are tax payers and support the war ONE way or the OTHER...

I wouldn't say that dems or reps are hated, but conservatives and liberals are. (and just in case people didn't know, there IS a difference)
I would say that liberals are looked down upon more in our own country, and conservatives looked down upon throughout the rest of the world, especially in europe.
