Go with the cheese fries. Some places have weird chilli and it can ruin your fries!

How about Amarillo Fries from Lone Star? MMMMMMmmmmmm.......
It's big steak fries with three cheese and bacon on top of them and some kind of spicy ranch dipping sauce...
