i had gone to easyhome and the lady was so rude she was yelling and screaming at me calling me names .i have it all on tape with her being so nasty that she should be fired for real...evan when i told her she was going to be taped she kept on yelling i told the manager but he wont do anything cuz they aRE realated from what i heard..she also yelled that she didnt care what she said to me cuz she didnt work there.but shes still there??so who would i go to with this issue?
i dont know what catagory this would be ..

i forgot to mention i was the customer and that is how i was treated in fron tof customers..so far ty everyone for your help

I would take the tape to the local news station in your area. If there's not one, then watch your favorite network station at 5, 6, 10, or 11 o'clock pm. Get the name of the consumer investigative reporter. Give them a call. They'll take it from there.

In the meantime, call the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Let them hear the tape.

Last resort, get an attorney and sue.

If a co-worker's manager will not resolve such a situation, then you have to go up the chain of command. (Your manager's boss, then the boss' boss, and so on.) Check your company policies on how they resolve personnel issues, if any exist. If she doesn't work for the company, than she is present at a worksite illegally, which for insurance, licensing and other reasons could land the company in serious hot legal water. Make sure you do the proper legwork, and do it fast. Submit the situation in clear, concise writing along with a copy of the original tape recording. If there are any other witnesses, ask for them to make statements - also in writing. Most companies frown very heavily on unethical and disruptive behavior from thier staff. In the case of your manager utilizing "under the table" help, that could easily cost him his job. If you are not careful and thorough in your legwork, it could cost you yours, which is another reason for the documentation. If it does, and you do not consider it a justifiable termination, you can possibly use that as evidence to gather unemployment as well as pursue whatever benefits fall under the Whistleblower laws.

However, as this is free advice from the internet, be as certain as you can that everything is on the up and up. Do not let yourself get canned if your own efforts should have avoided it.

Everyone has a boss... I'm not familar with easy home, but if it isn't a local store there'd be an area or regional manager you should be able to contact.
If it is a local store then the customer is the boss (this is always the case, but in larger companies there are more layers of management before the customer)
Tell everyone you can about your bad experience. don't lie, just be truthful. They'll be out of business shortly

if its a corporation find out who the manager in that perticular area . or find out who owns the place and go to him or her
