The 1920's because I'm a sucker for the fashion and elegance of that era......I'd have to be filthy rich though to enjoy the lifestyle and keep up with the social soirees.

Otherwise, I would have liked to have been an explorer in the late 1700's early 1800's when the world was still new and unexplored and every discovery of man, land, plant and beast was a revelation, they must have been exciting times
