Yes! And it's so frusterating... sometimes it's due to the color change in your skin if you're outside from the sun.. The best way to find the color of foundation that best matches your skin is to go to a professional instead of guessing at the store when you can't sample colors.. A professional makeup consultant at like a department store can help you match your foundation..It is more expensive, but well worth it if you don't want to risk having a different colored face than the rest of your body..

that is a very odd question. i have never heard that unless you were really tanned and your tan faded. if not, is the foundation rancid? if it is, which is rare, take it back the store.

i do have a suggestion for anyone going to buy makeup. make sure you try it on and then leave the store or get them to give you a sample. most make up counters will give you some (you may have to provide the container for it). the lights in the stores will not give you a true look as it is brighter than most lights you will be in and it is very artifical. if you cannot get a sample to take home or you are tight for time, ask for a mirror and step out onto the side walk. try it on your chin/jaw bone and never on your hand.

the skin on your face changes all the time. so its best to hold on to more than 1 color.. i tend to have 3.. so you can blend to go lighter or darker.
