For the people don't know what i'm talking about, is Germany's promise of restoration of the former Mexican provinces of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.... again into Mexican Territory.
If Mexico would join with the germans agaist the USA in the first Worl War.
