I have one eg. 'He's a bit upset' (said of someone who is very angry)

She's feeling a bit under the weather (for someone who is throwing up etc)
That's slightly irritating (for something that is actually very annoying)
That tastes a bit unpleasant (for something utterly disgusting)
I'm running a little late (when arriving several hours late)

The North Pole is somewhat cold.
Falling down those 3 flights of steps wasn't any fun. Lol.

there have been a few deaths in Iraq. (there have been thousands)
It snowed a little in Colorado this winter. (ha, they have had more snow then most northern states!)
I could come up with a few about George Bush, but I don't want to subject myself to political scrutiny..
