ARe you asking which banks are publicly traded or which banks offer investment services.
Nearly every bank I know is a public company.
Wells fargo, Chase, Citi, Mellon, Zions, 5th Third, ING, most banks offer investment services of some kind.

Nearly every bank has a department that trades stocks for you. Bank America will do it for free, provided you have a $25,000 account with them. All major banks are also traded on the stock exchange. Several of my favorites are BAC, BBT, and USB. But most are excellent investments. In fact S&P rates more banks as A+ than any other category of companies.

Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citibank.....all of the major ones are public companies. The per share price tends to be high though, and you really don't see much fluctuation in share price, but the dividends pay well.
