I am not currently taking drama or music but I really want to be on a TV show.What do i do?

If you can't afford one I'd suggest looking up "open auditions" (or something similar to that, but watch out for scams) in your area, and be open to starting off with bit parts. If there is a community theater by you I suggest you join it, it will beef up your resume and it will put you in touch with people who could be better able to help you out.
And, hey, Alexis Bledel walked into the Gilmore Girls audition with basically zero acting experience and now she's been on the show for seven years, so stay positive!

This is actually quite an easy feat! Most communities have what is called a "Public Access" TV station. If you're creative and have a great idea for a show people will enjoy watching, you have a good shot. For example, our local Public Access station had a regular show done by high school girls called "Sleepover Party", where they dressed in funny pajamas, told funny stories and jokes, demonstrated simple/fun/gross recipes, etc. It was so funny that even adults watched it! Another woman periodically does a show where she visits local landmarks she's researched and discusses them. Other regulars sing or play instruments or talk about current events. It's a great way to get some experience!
