He is an exciting NFL quarterback, but he will never be an all-time great NFL quarterback. His running is what makes him exciting, his passing is close to worst in the league. Not just yards but his accuracy is pathetic and his decision making is that of a running back and not a quarterback, when hes looking downfield he is seeing where he can slip free and run not where the receivers can bolt and make a big pass play. You cant teach him now, but the one thing in his defense, he should not be in a west coast offense and maybe he will have success in a different style offense. He also doent have good recievers

Instead of just watching Sportscenter and looking at stats watch a game. He has Crumpler at tight end. Name his recievers.... I bet only about 25% of the people posting can do that without searching first. HE NEEDS RECIEVERS. Anybody could see none of them can beat one-on-one coverage, that's a problem. Randy Moss asked to be traded to Atlanta and Their owner shot the deal down. That would have made a huge difference.
Add up his running and passing yards and they are well over 3500. That's a good season for a quarterback. I guess to you guys passing yards are more meaningful than rushing yards. Yards are Yards.
Michael Vick has reached the same level as Peyton Manning, the conference championship. His Falcons teams have had nowhere near the talent of Peyton's Colt teams, but Peyton is awsome, yeah right.

In the next 2 years if mike vick is given a top ten six receiver I believe that mike vick will reach to a point where he will be the best. He already has a 4.2 40-yard. If he is able to complete 62% of his passes and maintain a 90 rating no one will stop him.

No. What the Falcons should do is draft a great QB and make Michael Vick a RB since he usually running more than he is throwing.

Ron Mexico, his off-the-field issues aside, is simply a running back playing quarterback. I don't think he'll ever become a good passing QB.

I don't think so. He's a college type QB, run first, pass second. It doesn't work out well in the NFL. He has a lot of talent, I just think he's a good enough passer. If I was the Falcons I'd trade him while he's still worth high draft picks.

Mike Vick does not have the heart or the guts to become a champion! I hope that he never wins a Superbowl.

Yeah but he needs to make more great passes and pretty much have one or two good receivers for him to win a super bowl. At least one receiver that can be a pro bowl type of a receiver

Not unless he FOCUSES on the pass. He shows that he COULD but he doesn't seem to focus on the pass. He thinks he can win by running so doesn't work on where he falls short I guess. I don't think he will ever be great anyway though.
