I know that after giving birth you're not suppose to use tampons. The pads the hospital gives you are huge! I've been using "Always" but i'm thinking about buying "Poise" pads to use after giving birth. Any suggestions?

Always is great!! Always is what the hospital had for me to use also.

Always Maximum Protection Ultra Thin With Flexi-Wings is what i used. I never used the bulky ones from the hospital. The bleeding will be heaviest during the first week. So always remember to change refrequently.

The ones they give you at the hospital are like diapers!! They are to big. I think any pad is a good pad. Just not something ultra thin. Congrats on your new birth! How exciting!

You can use the hospital pads while in the hospital but after that switch back to whatever you are comfortable with. Your menstrual flow will return to normal.
